Your satisfaction is our top priority! To show the confidence in the quality of our suits, all suits come, as standard, with a FREE 1 year warranty for your peace of mind.

For customers who hold a Huality Loyalty card the suits will carry a 5 year warranty. Please Contact Us for more information about our loyalty cards.

The terms of the warranty is listed below:

Huality Tailoring hereby warrants that the products sold shall be free from manufacturing defects in material and workmanship for a period of one (1) year or, for Loyalty Card holders, five (5) years from the original date of purchase. The warranty is not transferable and does not affect your statutory rights.

After Huality Tailoring accepts a defect the following will take effect:

Year One (1)
Huality Tailoring will replace defective material. In the event we cannot find an exact match we reserve the right to find a suitable replacement of the same or higher quality. If repaired, the product is warranted for the time remaining under the original warranty.

Year Two (2)
Huality Tailoring will repair the defective product at our own cost. In the event we cannot repair the product we reserve the right to offer the customer a 50% discount to the current retail price for an equivalent product.

Year Three (3)
Huality Tailoring will repair the defective product at our own cost. In the event we cannot repair the product we reserve the right to offer the customer a 40% discount to the current retail price for an equivalent product.

Year Four (4)
Huality Tailoring will repair the defective product at our own cost. In the event we cannot repair the product we reserve the right to offer the customer a 20% discount to the current retail price for an equivalent product.

Year Five (5)
Huality Tailoring will repair the defective product at our own cost. In the event we cannot repair the product we reserve the right to offer the customer a 10% discount to the current retail price for an equivalent product.



EXCLUSIONS
Except as otherwise required by law, this warranty shall not apply to :

1. Huality Tailoring products sold as irregulars, seconds or sold without warranty.
2. Dissatisfaction due to improper maintenance.
3. Products damaged due to burns, cuts, tears, or abrasions.
4. Difference in colour between samples or photographs and the actual material.


CONSEQUENTIAL OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES IMPLIED WARRANTIES AND CONDITIONS
Except and unless otherwise required by law, Huality Tailoring excludes and will not pay consequential or incidental damages under this warranty The liability of Huality Tailors for a breach of warranty or condition that cannot by law be excluded, is limited at Huality Tailors' option to replacing the goods, or obtaining equivalent goods or having the goods repaired or paying the cost of repairing or replacing the goods.

REFUND POLICY
Unfortunately we cannot issue full refunds because all suits and shirts are bespoke and custom made for you. If you have decided to purchase any item or items after the consultation you are given 48 hours to cancel the order. If you decide to cancel the order after 48 hours then the initial deposit will be lost. If you wish to amend the order then please contact us within 48 hours because any changes to your order after this time cannot be guaranteed. In the unlikely event we cannot resolve any issues and you have paid the balance in full we will refund you 50% of the cost of the suit or shirt, excluding any delivery costs.

DELIVERY POLICY
Our usual delivery times for bespoke suits and shirts is between 4-6 weeks however during particularly busy times this can rise to between 6-12 weeks, we will endeavour to inform you of any delays. If an alteration is required after a fitting then this can take between 1-3 weeks depending on the alteration. After a fitting sometimes the suit or shirt may have to be remade completely, in which case the remade suit can take between 4-6 weeks during normal periods and 6-12 weeks during very busy periods.
